应用数字相机测量纱线毛羽的系统研究

摘要:为了提升纱线毛羽的测试精度及测试效率,提出一种基于数字相机图像传感器技术,以CT3000型条干仪光电模块为平台的纱线毛羽测量系统,详细探讨其工作机制、系统构成、软硬件设计与实现方式等。通过实际搭建数字相机纱线毛羽测量系统,对C 36.4 tex,C 14.6 tex,C 7.3 tex和C 4.9 tex筒纱进行毛羽指标测试,并与YG172A型毛羽仪测试结果进行对比。结果表明:数字相机纱线毛羽测量系统利用高分辨率成像技术和图像处理算法,实现对纱线表面毛羽特征的自动识别与量化分析,对同种纱线的测试效率高、数据一致性和稳定性较好;但测试数据精度和测试效率的提升,须在纱路、张力控制以及数字相机行频方面进一步探索。

Systematic Research on Yarn Hairiness Measurement with Digital Camera

Abstract:In order to improve the measurement accuracy and efficiency of yarn hairiness,a yarn hairiness measurement system  is proposed based on the image sensor technology of digital camera and the photoelectric module of CT3000 evenness tester.Its working mechanism,system structure,software and hardware design and implementation and etc., are discussed in detail.By building a digital camera yarn hairiness measurement system,the hairiness indexes of C 36.4 tex,C 14.6 tex,C 7.3 tex and C 4.9 tex cheese yarns are tested,and the results are compared with those of YG172A hairiness tester.The results show that the digital camera yarn hairiness measurement system can realize the automatic identification and quantitative analysis of yarn surface hairiness characteristics by using high-resolution imaging technology and image processing algorithm,and has high test efficiency,good data consistency and stability for the same kind of yarn.However,in order to improve the accuracy of test data and efficiency of testing,it is necessary to further explore the yarn path,tension control and digital camera line rate.
