摘要:为了提高精梳机用锡林的梳理效能和成纱质量, 介绍校正精梳机锡林隔距的方法;分析精梳机锡林梳理隔距不当的危害,锡林定位工艺与上机对锡林梳理隔距的影响;从5个方面探讨校正梳理隔距的技术要点。指出:通过在锡林齿条和锡林基座间设置垫片、在锡林基座与锡林法兰间设置垫片以及使用可调式精梳锡林来调节隔距,其中第2种方法最常用;隔距校正方法不当对生产危害较大,隔距过小会出现纤维损伤加剧,锡林严重嵌花,断棉网、棉网清晰度不良、喇叭口堵塞、耗电量急增、易接针等问题;在梳理过程中,锡林隔距应适当缩小且确保变化平稳、变化量小。

Reconsideration on the Technical Points of Combing Gauge Correction of Comber

Abstract:In order to improve the combing efficiency and yarn quality of cylinder for comber,a method to correct cylinder gauge of comber is introduced.The harm of improper cylinder combing gauge of comber and the influence of cylinder positioning technology and machine on cylinder combing gauge are analyzed.The technical points of correcting the combing gauge are discussed from five aspects.It is pointed out that the gauge can be adjusted by setting gaskets between cylinder rack and cylinder base,between cylinder base and cylinder flange and by using adjustable combing cylinder.The second method is the most common one.Improper gauge correction method is harmful to production;too small gauge can cause problems such as fiber loss aggravation,cylinder seriously inlaying,broken cotton web,poor clearness of cotton web,bell mouth pluging,power consumption rapid increasing and needle contacting easily and other problems;in the combing process,cylinder gauge should be appropriately reduced and ensure that the change is smooth and small.
