串联式细纱机短车集落改造技术应用

摘要:为了解决纺织企业吨纱能耗高、用工多、招工难、工人劳动强度大等问题,努力提高纺纱自动化、智能化水平并节能,分析细纱机短车集落系统改造存在的问题及棉纺企业推广应用现状;以2台(或2台以上)细纱机短车串联设计并固装一套科学、高效、符合实际应用的集体落纱系统的具体方案为例,介绍落管理管技术、组合式中墙板技术、圆形导轨联接技术及集体落纱装置智能化的实现方法,分析该系统锭子、钢领板、叶子板等器材专件配置及工艺,强调该系统的安装维护及使用的注意事项,并以纺纱案例验证应用效果。实践表明:串联式细纱机短车集落系统能减少投资费用、减化操作、节省落纱时间和用工,可靠性、稳定性较高,节能环保;推行智能化改造利于传统纺织企业加快转型升级,市场前景广阔。

Application of Collective Doffing Transformation Technology of Tandem Short Vehicle of Spinning Frame

Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as high energy consumption,large amount of labor,difficulty in recruiting workers and great labor intensity of per ton yarn in textile enterprises,efforts are made to improve the level of automation,intelligence and energy conservation,the problems existing in the collective doffing system transformation of short vehicle of spinning frame and the current situation of the promotion and application of cotton textile enterprises are analyzed.Taking the concrete scheme as an example of tandem connecting at least 2 spinning frames in series and installing a set of scientific,efficient and practical collective doffing system,dropping and finishing tube technology,combined centre wall technology,circular rail connection technology and the realization of collective doffing intelligent method are introduced,the configuration and technology of accessories and parts such as spindle,steel collar plate,leaf plate in the system are analyzed,the installation and maintenance of the system and the matters needing attention in use are emphasized,and the application effects are verified with spinning cases.The practice shows that collective doffing system of tandem short vehicle of spinning frame can reduce the investment costs,simplify the operation,save the doffing time and labor,have higher reliability and stability,and save energy and environmental protection.The implementation of intelligent transformation is conducive to the traditional textile enterprises to speed up the transformation and upgrading,and the market prospects are broad.
