原配色丝纺丝技术研究

摘要:为了降低彩色化纤生产成本,减少环境污染,介绍了传统印染方法存在色差、沾色、污染严重、染料不易保管等弊端;基于人眼无法识别5 μm以下单根纤维的基本原理,提出原配色丝纺丝方法,即通过超细纤维混色实现多色化纤生产的技术。指出:原配色丝纺丝技术具有熔体色纺的优势,又克服了熔体色纺和印染中存在的问题,混色色彩丰富,性价比高,所纺化纤色牢度高,颜色均匀,层次细腻,视觉风格独特,绿色环保。

Research on the Spinning Technology of the Collocation Coloured Yarn

Abstract:In order to reduce the production cost of coloured chemical fiber and environmental pollution,the disadvantages of traditional printing and dyeing methods,such as colour difference,staining,serious pollution and difficult to keep dyestuff are introduced.Based on the basic principle that a single fiber under 5 μm is unrecognized by human eyes,the spinning method of the collocation coloured yarn is proposed,which is to realize polychromatic chemical fiber production by mixing superfine fibers.It is pointed out that the spinning technology of collocation coloured yarn has the advantages of melt colour spinning,and overcomes the problems in melt colour spinning and printing and dyeing.It also has the following advantages,such as rich of colour mixture,high cost performance,high colour fastness,uniform colour,distinct layers,unique visual style and environmental protection.
