超长车细纱机锭子传动系统研究

摘要:为了解决超长车细纱机锭子稳定传动和传动效率问题,提高其使用寿命,以1824锭超长细纱机为例,比较龙带式和锭带式锭子传动方式的利弊;从主电机功率、主电机到主轴传动、尾轴结构设计、主轴结构设计和电机散热等方面,详细分析超长车传动系统的设计思路。指出:超长车细纱机锭子传动优选1根锭带传动4套锭子的锭带式,无需停车,高效节能,产量损失少,价格低且寿命长;车尾的主电机为高功率密度电机,采用高强度同步带传动;主轴分为2段,游动联接解决热伸长;主轴与尾轴弹性联接,解决集落晃动问题;深入研究超长细纱机锭子传动系统,可为研发人员和使用维护人员提供理论支持。

Research on the Spindle Transmission System of Super Long Spinning Frame

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of stable transmission and transmission efficiency of spindles of super long spinning frame and improve the service life,taking super long spinning frame with 1824 spindles as an example,the advantages and disadvantages of spindle transmission mode of dragon belt and belt spindle are compared.The design idea of the transmission system of super long spinning frame is analyzed from the main motor power,the main motor to the main spindle transmission,the structure design of tail spindle,the structure design of main spindle and the heat dissipation of motor.It is pointed out that the spindle transmission of the super long spinning frame is optimized to be the spindle belt mode,which is one spindle belt transmission four spindles,and has the advantages of without stopping,high efficiency and energy saving,less output loss,low price and long service life.The main motor of the tail of spinning frame is high power density motor,which is driven by high strength synchronous belt.The main spindle is divided into two sections,and the thermal elongation can be solved by using traveling connection.The main spindle and the tail spindle are elastic connection,which can solve the shaking problem of collective doffing.Further study on the spindle transmission system of super long spinning frame can provide theoretical support for the researchers and maintainers.
