浅谈超强A型铝合金卷布辊的改进

摘要:为满足高速织机织造高密、阔幅、高张力织物卷绕对卷布辊的要求,介绍卷布辊制造工艺研发要点,分析超强A型铝合金卷布辊尼龙闷头注塑模具的设计、加工,轴伸与尼龙闷头连接结构、驱动销固定方式、装配工艺改进及其相关材质的优选。指出:通过提升尼龙闷头注塑模具精度和质量,将轴伸与尼龙闷头由单一犬牙交错式连接改为复式十字架构的连接,将驱动销由粘结剂固定改变为螺钉固定,选用高强度铝合金卷筒和优质尼龙材料,提高轴伸与尼龙闷头连接强度,彻底解决驱动销易掉落、难更换的问题,从而延长卷布辊使用寿命、提高织机生产效率。

Discussion on the Improvement of Super Strength A-type Aluminum Alloy Cloth Roller

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of cloth roller of high density,wide width and high tension winding on high speed loom,the research and development points of manufacturing process of cloth roller is introduced.The design and processing of the injection mould for the nylon blockage end of the super strength A-type aluminum alloy cloth roller,connecting structure of the length of shaft and nylon blockage end,fixing mode of driving pin,improvement of assembly process and optimization of related materials are analysed.It is pointed out that the measures such as improving the precision and quality of injection mould for the nylon blockage end,changing the connection between the length of shaft and nylon blockage end from the single crisscross connection to the compound cross structure,changing the fixing mode of driving pin from binder to screw,selecting high strength aluminum alloy winding drum and high quality nylon,and improving the connecting strength of the length of shaft and nylon blockage end,which can completely solve the problem that the driving pin is easy to fall and hard to replace,so as to prolong the service life of the cloth roller and improve the production efficiency of the loom.
