粗细联智能纺纱生产线应用浅析

摘要:为了提升传统产业装备生产效率,推动技术红利替代人口红利,阐述了粗细联智能纺纱生产线中,THC2015型全自动落纱粗纱机的设计优势、纺纱质量及维护保养,TH598J型集聚纺自动落纱环锭细纱机整体设计和电子牵伸、积极式电子升降的优势,以及粗细联输送系统的输送轨道和滑车链驱动系统;对比分析粗细联智能纺纱生产线的能耗、产量和用工。指出,粗细联合智能纺纱生产线具有降低能耗、减少用工和工人劳动强度,提高纺纱产量和质量的优势;与传统前纺纺纱生产线相比,其吨纱能耗减少15%,万锭用工减少20人,产量提高15%,综合效率提高约20%。

Application Analysis of the Intelligent Spinning Production Line of Roving-spinning Unit

Abstract:In order to improve the production efficiency of traditional industrial and promote the technology dividend to replace demographic dividend,in the intelligent spinning production line of roving-spinning unit,the design advantages,spinning quality and maintenance of the automatic doffing roving frame THC2015,the overall design and the advantages of electronic drafting and active electronic lifting of the automatic doffing compact ring spinning frame TH598J are introduced,and the conveying track and pulley chain drive system of the conveying system on the roving-spinning unit are contrasted.The energy consumption,output and labor of the intelligent spinning production line of roving-spinning unit are analysed.It is pointed out that the intelligent spinning production line of roving-spinning unit has the advantages of reducing energy consumption,decreasing labor and labor intensity,and improving spinning output and quality.Compared with the traditional front spinning production line,the energy consumption per ton of yarn is reduced by 15%,the labors per 10 000 spindles is reduced by 20 person,the output is increased by 15%,and the comprehensive efficiency is increased by about 20%.
