为了满足纺织企业对摇架压力一致性、稳定性、摇架半释压及上下罗拉平行度等不断提高的要求,介绍弹簧摇架与气加压摇架的现状,详细分析一键式智能化控制电动摇架的设计思路和工作原理

摘要:为了满足纺织企业对摇架压力一致性、稳定性、摇架半释压及上下罗拉平行度等不断提高的要求,介绍弹簧摇架与气加压摇架的现状,详细分析一键式智能化控制电动摇架的设计思路和工作原理;通过对电动摇架压力稳定性和一致性进行测试,表明在多次变化后电动摇架加压机构压力不变,整车压力误差小于10 N/双锭。指出:电动摇架打破传统设计思路,可实现整车压力一键调节,集体半释压一键实现,摇架压力可在屏幕上一键无级调节,压力更加精准和透明,满足普通环锭纺和集聚纺等多种纺纱工艺要求。

The Spinning Cradle with One-button Intelligent Control

Abstract:In order to meet the constantly improving requirements of textile enterprises such as pressure consistency,stability,half pressure release and the parallelism of top and bottom rollers of cradle,the status of spring cradle and air pressure cradle is introduced.The design idea and working principle of the electric cradle with one-button intelligent control are analyzed in detail.By testing the pressure stability and consistency of the electric cradle,it is shown that the pressure of the electric cradle remains unchanged after several changes,and the pressure error of the whole frame is less than 10 N/double spindles.It is pointed out that the electric cradle breaking the traditional design,which can realize the whole frame pressure one-button regulation,the collective half release pressure one-button realization,the cradle pressure can be adgusted steplessly with one-button on the screen,and the pressure is more accurate and transparent,so the electric cradle can meet various spinning process requirements including common ring spinning and compact spinning.
