智能落纱小车对细纱短车适用性的探讨

摘要:为解决纺织企业细纱落纱用工成本高、劳动强度大等问题,介绍智能落纱小车的技术特点;通过实例对比分析其应用效果,并就改造投资成本、对细纱机的空间要求等方面与集落短车改造进行对比。指出:智能落纱小车具有降低劳动强度,减少落纱停车时间,提高留头率,降低落纱人员技术要求,左右互通等技术特点;相比集落短车改造,智能落纱小车投入回收周期短、见效快,对细纱机空间要求低,能促进纺织企业降本增效、提质降耗。

Discussion on the Applicability of the Intelligent Doffer Trolley to Short Spinning Frame

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of high labor cost and high labor intensity of spinning doffing in textile enterprises,the technical characteristics of the intelligent doffing trolley are introduced.The application effect is analyzed in detail through the comparison of actual spinning cases,and the reconstruction investment costs and the space requirements of the spinning frame are compared with the reconstruction of the collective doffing short trolley.It is pointed out that the intelligent doffing trolley has the technical characteristics of reducing labor intensity,reducing doffing parking time,improving reserved rate,reducing doffing personnel’s technical requirements,and left and right intercommunication.Compared with the transformation of collective doffing for short spinning frame,the intelligent doffer trolley is short recycling period,quick effect,low space requirements for spinning frame,so it can promote the textile enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency,and improve quality and reduce consumption.
