摘要:为了提高Coolmax纤维与棉纤维混纺纱质量,介绍Coolmax纤维性能,针对其强力小、易产生静电等问题,制定其与棉纤维以70∶30进行混纺的工艺流程,并从清梳、精梳、并条以及粗、细纱工序详细分析该混纺纱生产的难点及关键措施。指出:多梳少打、轻打少落,严格控制车间温湿度,适当确定各工序定量,低速生产,对粗、细纱胶辊表面进行涂料处理等措施能减少纺纱静电、防止粘缠;优化各工序工艺配置,可降低成纱棉结;使用新器材,关注新技术、新工艺,完善、细化生产过程,创新管理方式才能生产出高品质纱线。

Production Practice of the Blended Yarn of Coolmax Fiber and Cotton Fiber

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of the blended yarn of Coolmax fiber and cotton fiber,the properties of the Coolmax fiber are introduced.According to the problems of low strength and easy to produce static electricity of the Coolmax fiber,the technological process of blending the Coolmax fiber with cotton fiber at 70∶30 is formulated.The difficulties and key measures in the production of the blended yarn are analyzed in detail from the processes of carding,combing,drawing,roving and spinning.It is pointed out that the measures such as more combing and less beating,light beating and less falling,strict control the temperature and humidity of workshop,appropriate determining quantification of each process,low speed production,surface coating treatment on the cots of roving and spinning can reduce spinning static and prevent sticking.Optimizing configuration in each process can reduce the yarn neps.Only by using new accessories,paying attention to new technologies and processes,perfecting and refining the production process,and innovating management methods can produce high-quality yarn.
