摘要:为了改善高含量芳纶织物面料不易染色及无法印制花型颜色的不足,分析其技术现状,利用市场现有且容易获得的染化料,经过不同比例混合,改善染色工艺并进行优化;详细介绍高含量芳纶1414阻燃面料印制花型图案并着色的技术方案,以阻燃粘胶/芳纶1414(3.3 tex)加厚林地迷彩格子布为例,示范其工艺路线。指出:芳纶品种设计、印染难度大,该创新工艺能够对原色芳纶丝制成的服装面料进行不同颜色及花型的印染生产加工,成本低,工艺简单,原材料获得容易,能够提升企业产品竞争力。

Innovation of Printing Process of Flame Retardant Fabric with High Content Aramid 1414

Abstract:In order to improve the difficulty of dyeing and cannot print pattern and color of fabric with high content aramid,the technology status is analyzed,using the existing and easily available dyeing materials in the market,through mixing in different proportions to optimize the dyeing process.The technical scheme of printing pattern and coloring on the flame retardant fabric with high content aramid 1414 are introduced.Taking the thickened forest camouflage plaid with flame retardant viscose/aramid 1414 (3.3 tex) as an example,the process route is demonstrated.It is pointed out that designing and dyeing aramid fiber is difficult,the process can be used for printing and dyeing of different colors and patterns of clothing fabrics made by primary color aramid fiber.The process has the advantages of low cost,simple process,easy access to raw materials,and can enhance the products’ competitiveness of enterprises.
