浅析经纬上罗拉轴承

摘要：为更好纺制高品质纱线，介绍高精度上罗拉轴承、长加油周期上罗拉轴承等产品的主要技术指标和性能；产品采用长效润滑脂、先进设备和工艺生产，严格套制、精磨胶辊、精细装配，并采用整体式高精度碳纤尼龙外壳、加油周期长。指出：经纬成套上罗拉轴承具有游隙小、一致性好、质量精度高，寿命长、节能且维护成本低等优点，能适应棉纺环锭细纱机高速、高效、自动化和智能化发展，也能为纺织企业降低生产和劳动成本。

Abstract:In order to better spinning of high-quality yarn,the main technical indexes and properties of products such as the high precision top roller bearing and the top roller bearing with long refueling period are introduced.The products adopt long-acting grease，advanced equipments and process，strict bearing，fine grinding cots，and fine assembly，and adopt integrated high-precision carbon fiber nylon shell，long refueling cycle.It is pointed out that the complete set of top roller bearings of Jingwei have the advantages of small clearance,good consistency,high quality and precision,long service life,energy saving and low maintenance costs.The bearing can adapt to the development of high speed,high efficiency,automation and intelligence of cotton ring spinning frame,and can reduce production costs and labor costs for textile enterprises.
