环面蜗杆副的设计和制造工艺

摘要：为改善棉纺环锭细纱机蜗杆副传动的平稳性和可靠性，分析采用环面蜗杆副传动的优缺点;指出该蜗轮、蜗杆啮合齿数较多、齿廓间易形成油膜、承载能力大、效率高、磨损少，但是其蜗杆副的节圆不是圆柱面，而是用蜗轮节圆的一段圆弧绕蜗杆轴线回转所得的圆弧回转体表面，制造工艺较复杂，加工蜗轮用的专用滚刀要向工具厂高价订购，而通过利用Y38型滚齿机及设计专用刀盘与车齿刀加工环面蜗杆，利用结构简单的双刀环面飞刀切削环面蜗轮，能保证蜗轮、蜗杆的精度和表面粗糙度。

Abstract:In order to improve the stability and reliability of worm pair in cotton ring spinning frame,the advantages and disadvantages of toroidal worm pair are analyzed.It is pointed out that the worm gear and worm have many meshing teeth,easy to form oil film between the tooth profiles,high bearing capacity,high efficiency and less abrasion,but a section of the pitch circle of the worm gear revolves around the axis of the worm,which makes the manufacturing process more complicated and the special purpose for machining the worm gear.The hob should be ordered from the tool factory at a high price.The hobbing machine Y38 and the special cutter head and turning cutter are used to process the toroidal worm.The double-cutter toroidal flying cutter is used to cut the toroidal worm,which can guarantee the accuracy and surface roughness of the worm and worm gear.
