摘要:为提高机械零件加工精度,介绍毛刺的成因、危害及其对机械零件质量和设备性能的影响,详细阐述人工去毛刺工艺、振动滚磨去毛刺工艺、毛刷去毛刺工艺、喷射去毛刺工艺、热能去毛刺的工艺和化学去毛刺的工艺原理、优缺点及适用范围。指出:机械零件毛刺的形成与零件加工方法、工艺参数、刀具参数和材料形状等有关;根据零件材质、尺寸、形状,毛刺的形成部位和大小,去毛刺工艺的作业条件、环境等选择工艺,科学去除;深入研究去毛刺工艺能减轻工人劳动强度,提高机械零件加工精度和生产效率,保证整机设备稳定、可靠运行。

Research on the Deburring Process of Machining Mechanical Parts

Abstract:In order to improve the machining accuracy of mechanical parts,introduction is made to the causes and hazards of burrs and the effects on the quality of mechanical parts and the performance on the equipments.The principle,advantages and disadvantages,and application areas of deburring process are described in detail,including manual deburring process,vibration barrel finishing deburring process,hairbrush deburring process,spraying deburring process,thermal energy deburring process and chemical deburring process.It is pointed out that the burr formation of mechanical parts is related to the processing method,process parameters,cutting tool parameters and material shape.The process is selected according to the material,size and shape of the parts,the formation position and size of burrs,the working conditions and environment of deburring process,which can remove the burrs scientifically.Further research of deburring process can reduce the labor intensity,improve the machining accuracy of mechanical parts and production efficiency,and ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipments.
