略谈柔性梳理的应用

摘要:为提高纤维的梳理质量,降低纤维损伤、减少落棉和短绒,阐述柔性梳理的作用,分析钢针、锯齿梳理对纤维的影响。指出:钢针梳理较柔和,横向纤维和无序纤维基本无损伤,只是受到的拉力比顺向纤维稍大;应用组合式精梳钢针锡林可实现针密、转速和钢针底部粘花三大突破,能解决纺纱企业难题,达到“柔性梳理”要求。

My Tentative Views on the Application of Flexible Carding

Abstract:In order to improve the carding quality of fibers,reduce fiber damage,noil and short fiber,the function of flexible carding is elaborated.Analysis is done to the effects of steel needle carding and sawtooth carding on fibers.It is pointed out that the steel needle carding is softer,and the transverse and disordered fibers are basically undamaged,but the pulling force is slightly greater than that of the consequent fibers.Modular combing cylinder with steel needle can achieve three breakthroughs including needle density,rotating speed and sticking on the bottom of steel needle,which can solve the difficulties of spinning enterprises and meet the requirements of flexible carding.
