06Cr19Ni10钢带凸盘式纱管输送机构在棉纺环锭细纱机集体落纱

摘要：为了提高棉纺环锭细纱机集体落纱系统的生产效率，比较气缸凸盘式与钢带凸盘式纱管输送机构的优缺点及工作原理，就06Cr19Ni10不锈钢带凸盘式纱管输送机构在JWF1568型超长细纱机集体落纱系统中的受力情况及环境温度变化对钢带长度的影响进行理论计算和分析。说明06Cr19Ni10钢带凸盘式机构输送纱管效率高、空满管交换用时短、落纱动作步骤少、稳定性好，应用中应尽可能减小钢带运行的摩擦力和环境温度的波动，是钢带正常运行的基本保证。

Abstract:In order to improve the production efficiency of collective doffing system of cotton ring spinning frame,the advantages and disadvantages and the working principle of bobbin conveying structures of cylinder convex plate and steel belt convex plate are compared.Theoretical calculation and analysis is done to stress conditions of the bobbin conveying mechanism with 06Cr19Ni10 steel belt convex plate in collective doffing system of overlength spinning frame JWF1568 and the influence of environmental temperature change on steel belt length.It is pointed out that the bobbin conveying mechanism with 06Cr19Ni10 steel belt convex plate has the advantages of high efficiency,short switching time between empty bobbins and full bobbins,less steps of yarn doffing action and good stability.The friction force of steel belt should be reduced as much as possible during operation,and the temperature fluctuation of environment also should be reduced,which is the basic guarantee for normal operation of steel belt.
