转杯纺纱机分梳辊用金属针布磨损与对策

为提高转杯纺纱机分梳辊用金属针布的梳理效果、延长其使用寿命,介绍分梳辊用金属针布的功能及其分梳过程中的纤维运动,分析分梳辊用金属针布的梳理特点、磨损原因与应对措施。指出:

摘要:为提高转杯纺纱机分梳辊用金属针布的梳理效果、延长其使用寿命,介绍分梳辊用金属针布的功能及其分梳过程中的纤维运动,分析分梳辊用金属针布的梳理特点、磨损原因与应对措施。指出:分梳辊用金属针布的作用为握持分梳、单纤维梳理、单针布配置、定隔距、定速度和气流转移;其金属针布齿条磨损为齿部的齿前面、齿部两侧面和齿前面的棱边,以至针布钝化、失去梳理功能;磨损原因为纤维与齿部的运动摩擦损伤、纤维原料的腐蚀磨损、齿条几何尺寸、材质及制造工艺、针布配置及包卷损伤等;应合理设计齿条几何尺寸,采用表面强化齿部技术,降低齿条表面粗糙度Ra值,优选齿条材质与制造工艺,合理选配金属针布,才能够有效提高金属针布耐磨性能,从而提高分梳质量。

Wear and Countermeasures of MCC for Carding Roller of Rotor Spinning Frame

Abstract:In order to improve the carding effect and prolong the service life of MCC for carding roller of rotor spinning frame,the functions of the MCC for carding roller and the fiber movement in the carding process are introduced,and the carding characteristics,wear factors and countermeasures of the MCC for carding roller are analyzed.It is pointed out that the MCC for carding roller is of grip carding,single fiber carding,single card clothing configuration,fixed distance,fixed speed and airflow transfer;the rack wear of the MCC is on the front of the teeth,both sides of the teeth and the edges of the front of the teeth,so that the clothing is passivated and lost carding function;the wear factors include the motion friction damage between the fibers and the teeth,the corrosion and wear of the fibers,the rack size,material and manufacturing technology,card clothing configuration and wrapping damage;rack size should be rationally designed,surface strengthening technology should be adopted,Ra value of rack surface roughness should be reduced,rack material and manufacturing technology should be optimized,and MCC should be rationally selected so as to effectively improve wear resistance and thus improve carding quality.
