摘要:为了解决传统弹性管镗孔深度测量方法需反复读数,测量速度慢,不易控制,且误差大的问题,介绍弹性管的制造要求,分析控制镗孔深度的重要性,以HFD7100系列高速节能锭子为例,分析传统测量方法存在的问题,探讨锭子弹性管镗孔加工孔深测量量具的改进办法。指出:将传统弹性管镗孔深度测量方法由横向测量法改为竖向测量法,新设计的弹性管镗孔深度测量量具可使测量方式与锭子实际使用状况保持一致,能保证测量深度的准确性,避免误操作和误判问题,从而提高生产效率。

Improvement of the Measuring Instrument for Boring Depth of Elastic Tube

Abstract:In order to solve the problem with the traditional boring depth measuring methods of the elastic tube such as repeated reading,slow measuring speed,difficult control and large error,introduction is made to the manufacturing requirements of the elastic tube,and the importance of controlling boring depth is analyzed.The existing problems of traditional measuring methods are analyzed with the example of high-speed and energy-saving spindles HFD7100,and the measuring instrument for boring depth of elastic tube of spindle are discussed.It is pointed out that the traditional method measuring the boring depth of elastic tube is changed from the transverse method to the vertical method.The newly designed measuring instrument for the boring depth of elastic tube can keep the measuring method consistent with the actual use of spindle,ensuring the measuring accuracy of depth,avoiding improper operation and misjudgment,consequently improving the production efficiency.
