摘要:为提高托盘式自动络筒机管纱生头效率,介绍细络联型自动络筒机和大纱库型自动络筒机的工艺流程以及生头不成功的处理方式,分析挑头机构和生头装置的工作原理,详细探讨影响管纱生头效率的主要影响因素。指出:挑头机构、生头装置、挑头与生头装置之间管纱输送及管纱的质量等都会影响管纱的生头效率;做好细纱机状态调整,生头成功率一般可达95%左右,生头速度达20个/min~24个/min;自动供纱减少了对劳动力的需求,数字化、智能化纺纱正在成为行业新一轮转型升级的突破口,制造企业要不断创新,研发出更加高速高效的生头装置才能跟上纺织企业转型升级的步伐。

Discussion on the Influencing Factors of Cop Threading Efficiency of Pallet Automatic Winder

Abstract:In order to improve the cop threading efficiency of pallet automatic winder, introduction is made to the automatic winder with the spinning-winding combination and the automatic winder with the big yarn magazine regarding the technological process and the unsuccessful threading method.The working principle of the picking mechanism and the threading device are analyzed,and the main factors affecting the cop threading efficiency are discussed in details.It is pointed out that factors affecting the cop threading efficiency include the picking mechanism,the threading device,the conveying of the cop between the picking mechanism and the threading device,and the quality of the cop.The successful threading rate is generally about 95% and the threading speed is from 20 per minute to 24 per minute if the spinning machine is well conditioned;the automatic yarn-feeding reduces the demand for labor employment,and the digital and intelligent spinning is becoming a breakthrough in the new round of transformation and upgrading in the industry. Manufacturing enterprises need to innovate constantly and develop more high-speed and high efficient threading devices in order to keep up with the pace of transformation and upgrading of textile enterprises.
