从国际纺机展看纺织机械与附件的发展

摘要：介绍ITMA ASIA+CITME 2018纺机展展品特点，并从知识产权保护、节能、减排、绿色环保、数字化、自动化、智能化、大数据和物联网等方面分析展会创新主题和展品亮点，以及纺织机械与附件的发展趋势；展示了促进可再生资源利用、生产过程无污染的新溶剂法纤维成套设备和纺纱针织一体机等新型设备。指出：中国企业自主创新意识增强，从自动化、智能化技术到专用基础件制造工艺技术等方面有所提高；纺织专用基础件的发展关乎装备质量的提高，产品制造精度高、一致性好、耐用性好是高端专用基础件必备的品质，适应性强、紧跟主机发展趋势、满足客户个性化需求是产品走向市场的基础条件，研究开发具有自主知识产权的技术是专用基础件迈向高端的必由之路。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the exhibits characteristics of ITMA ASIA+CITME 2018 and analyzes the innovative themes and exhibits highlights of the exhibition and the development trend of textile machinery and accessories from the aspects of intellectual property protection,energy saving,emission reduction,green environmental protection,digitalization, automation,intellectualization,big data and internet of things.New solvent-based fiber equipments and new spinning and knitting machines without pollution in the recyclable production process are also shown.It is pointed out that Chinese enterprises have increased their awareness of independent innovation,and have improved from automation and intelligent technology to manufacturing technology of special foundations;and the development of special textile foundations is related to the improvement of equipment quality.High precision of product manufacturing,good consistency and durability are the essential qualities of high-end special foundations.The basic conditions for products to enter the market are adaptability,keeping up with the development trend of main frame and satisfying customers’ individualized needs.The only way for special-purpose basic parts to reach high-end is to research and develop technologies with independent intellectual property rights.
