摘要:为降低高速锭子能耗,从润滑油选用、空气阻力大小、锭带拖动阻力、以及锭子内部即轴承摩擦损耗和阻尼能量损耗分析影响锭子功耗的主要因素;并从改进锭子结构、提高零件加工精度、选用优质材料3方面对锭子进行改进。指出:通过减小纺锭轴承孔径、改进下支承结构、运用双吸振结构、增加夹纱装置、提高锭胆核心零件的加工精度、应用旋转部件孔加工技术、优选弹性部件材料为20MoV、支承部件材料为锡青铜等措施,可使细纱机振动及噪声下降,锭子摩擦减小,运转空气阻力减小,节能降耗;此外,高速锭子节能降耗与其配套纺织器材及辅料密切相关。

Brief Discussion on Energy Saving of High-speed Spindles

Abstract:To reduce the energy consumption of high-speed spindles,main factors with power consumption of spindles are analyzed from lubricating oil selection,air resistance,belt transmission resistance,bearing friction loss and damping of energy loss.The spindles are improved from three aspects including the spindle structure,the processing accuracy of parts and selecting high-quality materials.It is pointed out that the vibration and noise of spinning frame can be reduced by finishing bore diameter of spinning bearing,improving the bottom support structure,using double vibration absorption structure,increasing the clamping device,improving the processing accuracy of core parts of spindle gall bladder,applying the processing technology of hole of rotating parts,optimizing the material of elastic parts with 20MoV,and using tin bronze as the supporting material.In addition,energy-saving of high-speed spindles is closely related to the textile accessories and auxtliary materials.
