新型梳棉机配置梳理器材浅析

摘要：为适应高速高产对新型梳棉机的要求，介绍JWF1213型、TC10型梳棉机的特点及研发理念；详细分析高产梳棉机对梳理器材在材质、淬火硬度、齿密、纤维层等方面的要求。指出：随着梳棉机产量的提高，对针布材质、刺辊和锡林转速及金属针布齿条齿密、后固定齿条盖板针布更换周期、回转盖板弹性针布针尖的处理和道夫转移率等进行合理地选择配置，可延长针布更换周期、减少工作量，有利于质量和产量的提高。

  Abstract:To meet the requirements of high-speed and high-yield for new carding machine,the characteristics and R＆D philosophy of the carding machine JWF1213 and TC10.The requirements of carding accessories for high-yield carding machine in material，quenching hardness，tooth density and fiber layer are analyzed indetail.It is pointed out that with the increase of carding output,the material of card clothing,the speed of taker-in and cylinder,density of metal card clothing,the replacement cycle of back stationary flat card clothing，the handling of the wire point of the rotating flexible top and doffer transfer rate should be reasonably selected and configured to prolong the replacement cycle of card clothing,reduce the workload,and improve the quality and output.
