E86型高效精梳机梳理器材配置解析

摘要:为实现精梳机高产、高质和高效,从梳理负荷、给棉形式、低落棉精梳条状态、针布耐磨度等6个方面探讨E86型精梳机用梳理器材配置需要考虑的问题,对不同落棉刻度时的精梳质量和成纱质量进行实例分析;阐述Ri-Q-Combi 500型精梳锡林和Ri-Q-TOP TYP 2030型顶梳的特点并与其他型号进行实例配置对比。指出:E86型精梳机选配Ri-Q-Combi 500型精梳锡林和Ri-Q-TOP TYP 2030型顶梳,通过增大锡林齿面圆心角和针布齿密,合理齿形设计,强化表面处理等措施,解决精梳梳理度小、穿刺能力差、嵌花、长纤维流失、短纤维进入精梳条和齿尖不耐磨等问题;采用“高钳次、小分离、重定量、短喂给、早插入”工艺,以及变速梳理技术、等隔距梳理工艺,是其实现低落棉、高质量的关键。

Abstract:In order to realize high yield,high quality and high efficiency of com-
ber,this paper discusses the cautions to be considered in the arrangement carding accessories of comber E86 from six aspects including carding load,cotton feeding form,sliver with low noil and wear resistance of card clothing,and analysis includes the combing quality and yarn quality of different noil scales with examples.The characteristics of combing cylinder Ri-Q-Combi 500 and top comb Ri-Q-TOP TYP 2030 are compared with other models.It is pointed out that combing cylinder Ri-Q-Combi 500 and top comb Ri-Q-TOP TYP 2030 are selected for comber E86 to solve the problems of small combing degree,poor puncture ability,inlay,loss of long fiber,short fiber entering into combing strip,non-wear resistance of tooth tip by increasing cylinder tooth center angle and cloth density,rational tooth shape design and strengthening surface treatment.It is the key point to achieve the low-drop and high-quality cotton by adopting the technology of“high clamp,small separation,heavy quantitative, short feeding,early insertion”,variable speed carding and equal spaced distance carding.
