高服用性能阻燃纱线生产实践

摘要:为开发既有良好阻燃、隔热性能又有优异舒适性和高强度的防护服用纱线,根据目前国产各种阻燃纤维性能,采用阻燃粘胶、对位芳纶1414、阻燃腈纶和芳纶基导电纤维按比例优化组合后进行混纺;为提高成纱质量,优选纺专器材,对纺纱生产的工艺流程和工艺参数进行探讨。指出:生产的18.2 tex及14.6 tex高服用性能阻燃纱线,其织物的透气性、透湿量及滴水扩散时间均符合服装面料舒适性标准要求,阻燃性能指标达到阻燃服A级标准;生产的阻燃防护服完全满足服装的性能要求,具有较好的应用价值和推广价值。

Production Practice of the Flame Retardant Yarn of High Wearability

Abstract:To develop the yarn for the protection suit with good flame retardant,heat insulation and excellent comfort and high strength,blended with flame retardant viscose,para-aramid 1414,flame retardant acrylic fiber and conductive fiber of aromatic in proportion,and to improve the quality of yarn,textile accessories are optimized.Probing is done into the spinning process and parameters.It is pointed out that the high wearable flame retardant yarns of 18.2 tex and 14.6 tex are in conformity with the standard of clothing comfort in air permeability, moisture permeability and dripping diffusion time.The flame retardant performance index reaches the standard of class A of flame retardant clothing,being fully satisfied with the performance requirements of clothing and worthy of being in good appl-
ication and well promoted.
