棉精梳机梳理器材精细化质量管理实践

为提高棉精梳机梳理效果和成纱质量,分析锡林齿密、齿面圆心角及顶梳、梳理隔距等与梳理效果的关系,并通过试纺对比成纱质量,探讨梳理隔距控制技术措施及精梳工序梳理器材精细化质量

摘要:为提高棉精梳机梳理效果和成纱质量,分析锡林齿密、齿面圆心角及顶梳、梳理隔距等与梳理效果的关系,并通过试纺对比成纱质量,探讨梳理隔距控制技术措施及精梳工序梳理器材精细化质量管理。指出:在有足够容纤空间前提下,尽可能多的梳理点和前梳理区齿密、适当的梳理隔距,有利于精梳条质量的提高;科学合理地调整精梳锡林梳理隔距是提高梳理效果的关键技术措施;提高工艺上机及梳理工艺质量的一致性,对降低成纱棉结及常发性纱疵效果显著;做好精梳机梳理器材精细化质量管理,确保其在零缺陷状态下进行梳理,可有效地稳定成纱质量,降低生产成本。

Practice of Fine Quality Management of Carding Accessories for Cotton Comber

Abstract:In order to improve the combing effect and yarn quality of cotton comber,the relationship between cylinder tooth density,tooth surface central angle,top comb,combing gauge etc. and combing effect are analyzed,and yarn quality are compared with spinning,and the technical measures of combing gauge control and fine quality management of combing accessories in combing process are discussed.It is pointed out that on the premise of sufficient space for fibers,as many carding points as possible and dense teeth in the precarding area and proper carding spacing  are conducive to the improvement of the quality of the combing bar.It is a key of technical measure to adjust the combing cylinder grooming gauge scientifically and rationally.It can remarkable reduce yarn neps and frequent yarn defects by improving the consistency of the process and the quality of the carding process.It can effectively stabilize yarn quality and reduce production cost by doing a good job in fine quality management of combing accessories and ensuring the combing under zero defect state.
