清梳联集中控制系统浅析

摘要：为促进清梳联集中控制系统的发展，介绍目前清梳联集中控制系统的配置，从减少用工、智能化工艺管理、信息化、设备高效等方面分析纺纱企业对清梳联控制系统的要求，详述青岛宏大针对各种要求在清梳联控制系统所做的改进和应用的效果。指出：在保障清梳联设备长期可靠运行的基础上，应不断对清梳联控制系统进行改进，以实现纺织自动化、智能化，达到减少用工、节能降耗和提质增效的目的；无人化工厂是纺机设备的发展方向。

Abstract:In order to promote the development of the centralized-control system in blowing-carding unit，the configuration of the centralized-control system in blowing-carding unit present in service is introduced，and the requirement for the centralized-control system in blowing-carding unit for spinning enterprises are analyzed from reducing labor，intelligent process management，informatization and efficiency of equipments，and improvement in centralized-control system in blowing-carding unit and application effect of Qingdao Hongda Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd.are descriped in details.It is pointed out that the centralized-control system in blowing-carding unit should be improved ceaselessly on the basis of reliability service in long-run to achieve automation and intellectualization in textile aiming at less labor cost,energy-saving and improve quality and efficiency.Unmanned factory will be direction of development of future textile equipments.
