正交叠层机织碳布输送装置研制

摘要:为实现碳纤维立体织物整体穿刺机正交叠层机织碳布自动化输送,提高工作效率和设备安全性,介绍国内外纺织行业柔性卷材输送装置研究现状,结合自主研制的整体穿刺机,研制出正交叠层机织碳布输送装置,提出其结构和关键件校核方案,并进行正交叠层机织碳布输送试验验证。指出:正交叠层机织碳布自动输送装置可在xy向按设定的顺序输送正交叠层机织碳布,工作可靠稳定,确保碳布平整无褶皱且张力恒定,可在狭小穿刺空间内实现正交叠层机织碳布的输送工作,满足工艺要求。

Conveyor Development of Orthogonal Stacking Woven Carbon Fabric

Abstract:To realize automatic conveyor of orthogonal stacking woven carbon fabric with high efficiency and operation safety for integrated piercer of 3D carbon fabric,introduction is done to the research progress of conveyor of flexible coiled material in textile industry both at home and abroad.On the basis of the self-developed integrated piercer,conveyor of orthogonal stacking woven carbon fabric is introduced,and verification program is given of the structure and the key parts,conveyor test is done to the orthogonal stacking woven carbon fabric.It is pointed out that the automatic conveyor of orthogonal stacking woven carbon fabric works in the set order of x and y.It works reliably and stably,ensuring that the carbon fabric is smooth and has no wrinkles,and more,the tension of fabric is constant,realizing the conveyor work of the orthogonal stacking woven carbon fabric in the narrow piercing space in conformity with the technical requirements.
