环锭细纱机传动管加工端面、倒角专机的设计

为提高环锭细纱机传动管端面加工、倒角精度和生产效率,分析JWF1518-42231B型传动管结构特点及加工要求,研制加工传动管端面、倒角专机——双头铣床及其专用组合倒角刀具和刀盘、液压系统

摘要:为提高环锭细纱机传动管端面加工、倒角精度和生产效率,分析JWF1518-42231B型传动管结构特点及加工要求,研制加工传动管端面、倒角专机——双头铣床及其专用组合倒角刀具和刀盘、液压系统、排屑装置,实现铣端面与倒外圆角工序的合并加工、自动夹紧、自动进刀和自动送料以及铁屑的集中排除。指出:原先需4次装夹完成的工序,该专机只需1次装夹,1次定位即可完成传动管铣端面、倒角封闭加工的设计要求;加工流程短,生产效率高,劳动强度小,能适应多种长度的传动管类细长轴零件的加工,提高了传动管总长稳定性。

Design of Special Section Chamfering Machine of Transmission Pipe on Ring Spinning Frame

Abstract:To improve precision and efficiency of section chamfering of transmission pipe on the ring spinning frame,analysis is done to the structure characteristics and processing requirements of the transmission pipe JWF1518-42231B,and a special section chamfering machine of the transmission pipe is developed including the double headed milling machine and its special combination of chamfering cutter and the cutter disc,the hydraulic system and chip removing device,realizing combination of section milling and chamfering of the pipe,automatic clamping,automatic feeding and the centralized elimination of iron filings.It is pointed out that the conventional product needs 4 clamping operations while the special section chamfering machine only needs one clamping operation and one positioning operation before completion the section milling and chamfering in closed environment.The special section chamfering machining is short in process,high in production efficiency,small in labor intensity,it has adaptability of chamfering machining length varieties of lathy shaft parts including transmission pipes,consequently improving the total length stability of the transmission pipe.
