摘要:为提高纤维梳理质量,分析刺辊下分梳板的梳理工艺,介绍棉结、短绒的分类、成因及其对纱线质量的影响,并从刺辊梳理区和锡林—回转盖板主梳理区的工艺要点,金属针布齿条选择,排除和气流控制方面以及转移梳理区阐述对棉结、短绒的控制。指出:梳理过程中对棉结、短绒的控制受多方面因素影响,应根据原料性状和喂入棉层结构制定梳理工艺;纤维回潮率和环境温湿度也影响梳理质量;梳理过程中的棉结70%被松解,15%被排除,15%进入生条,纤维损伤导致短绒增加(1~3)个百分点;刺辊握持梳理是短绒的主要产生点与最大排除点;锡林—盖板梳理决定纤维的伸直度、分离度、取向度和棉结的松解。

Control of Cotton Neps and Short Fibres in Carding Process

Abstract:In order to improve the carding quality of fibres,the carding process of carding plate under licker-in is analyzed,and the classification,origin and impact on yarn quality of the cotton neps and short fibres are introduced,and the control of the cotton neps and short fibres are discussed in details from main technology points of licker-in carding area and cylinder-revolving flat carding area in carding process,and choice of MCC wire,elimination and control of the airflow,and the transfer carding area.It is pointed out that the control of cotton neps and short fibres in carding process is affected with many factors,and carding process should be prepared according to raw material properties and feeding web structure.The carding quality is also affected with moisture regain of fibres and the environment humiture.70% of the cotton neps is debonded and 15% eliminated,and 15% entering into card sliver.Short fibres increase of 1%~3% results from fibre damage.Licker-in carding is most important in preventing short fibre increase.Cylinder-flat carding is a decisive factor of the straightness,separability, orientation and looseness of cotton neps.
