新型纬向多梭口圆织机的结构设计

摘要:为了提高现有纬向多梭口织机的织造效率,基于三维设计软件UG,在传统圆织机的基础上设计了新型纬向多梭口圆织机,介绍其基本组成机构和织造原理及其织造的筒状织物;配套设计圆形筘和梭子,提高了织机的入纬率和织造效率;圆形筘的特殊结构缩小了织机所需梭口空间,减小纱线与筘齿的摩擦;增加4个底轮的新型梭子可减小梭子对筘的离心压力。指出:新型纬向多梭口圆织机可以织造大直径的筒状织物,其主轴转速较低、机构振程较小,机械零件加工精度较二维织机要求低,为开发新型纬向多梭口织机奠定了基础。

Structure Design of a New Zonal Multi-shed Circular Loom

Abstract:To improve the weaving efficiency of existing zonal multi-shed circular loom,based on the 3D software UG,a new multi-shed zonal circular loom is introduced with the experience of the traditional circular loom including its basic principle and mechanism and the woven tubular fabrics.With the help of the design of the circular reed and the shuttle,the loom zonal insertion rate is much improved,weaving efficiency increased;special structure with circular reed reduces the size of the shed,thus reducing the friction between yarn and dents;the new shuttle with four wheels on the bottom reduces centrifugal pressure on reeds.It is pointed out that the new zonal multi-shed circular loom can be used to weave tubular fabrics with large diameter,whose main spindle speed is low,and the mechanism vibration range is small.The machining accuracy of mechanical parts is lower than that of 2D looms,which lays the foundation for developing new zonal multi-shed circular  looms.
