摘要:为了解决GA731型剑杆织机织造7.5 m特宽幅和受张力较大的织物时拉杆组件易脱开而无法正常织造的问题,分析该机织造窄幅和受张力小织物、宽幅和受张力较大的织物时开口机构多臂机与拉杆连接方式和织造需求,通过将固定件与活动件配合面改为齿面接触,且齿的排列方向垂直于拉杆组件的运动方向、增加锁定螺钉数量和在固定齿与拉杆组件1中间增加焊点,对多臂机与拉杆连接方式进行改进设计。指出:改进后的GA731型剑杆织机拉杆组件1与拉杆组件2间传递动力的能力明显增大,满足特宽幅和受张力比较大织物的织造需求。

The Improved Design of the Connection Rod of the SheddingMechanism of the Rapier Loom GA731

Abstract:To solve the problems with the rapier loom GA731 such as easy slipoff of the connection rod in weaving fabrics with 7.5 m width or big fabric tension,analysis is done of the rapier loom in weaving fabric with small width and small tension or with big width and big tension as to the connection mode or requirement of the dobby and the connection rod on the shedding mechanism.Some improvement is done to the connection mode of the dobby with the connection rod by teeth contact of the fixing parts with moving parts instead of surface contact,the teeth arrangement being perpendicular to the rod components,increasing locking screws and the number of solder joints in the fixed gear and rod assembly 1.It is pointed out that the power transfer capability of the rod 1 and the rod 2 increases markedly,meeting the weaving demand of the fabric with special width and tension.
