轴向定位顶尖的设计及其在轴类零件中的应用

摘要:为了解决细纱罗拉在加工过程中,控制轴向尺寸难度大导致锭距一致性差,重复对刀导致加工效率低等问题,介绍一种轴向精确定位顶尖的设计和应用,该顶尖结合活络顶尖和刚性顶尖的优点,内置弹簧,结构简单,稳定可靠。指出:轴向定位顶尖用于轴类零件在加工过程中轴向定位和轴向尺寸的控制,在搓齿工序采用该轴向定位顶尖,能有效控制罗拉的工作面锭距,使搓丝板刀具宽度由50 mm减小为35 mm,降低搓齿板刀具原材料成本,提高后续成型磨削工序的磨削效率;该顶尖适用于批量生产工艺,简化工艺流程,方便生产加工,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

Design of an Axial Orientation Cusp and Applicationin Shaft Parts Manufacturing

Abstract:To solve the problems with the machining process of spinning roller such as large spindle pitch leading to poor consistency resulting from difficult control of the axial dimension,low processing efficiency resulting from repeated tool setting,introduction is made to a design and application of an axial orientation cusp,which combine the advantages of the adjustable and rigid products as comprehensive reference.The product is simple in structure,stable and reliable in performance for the built-in springs in structural design.It is pointed out that the axial orientation cusp is used to control the axial positioning and axial dimensions in shaft manufacturing.In the process of thread rolling,the working surface of roller spindle pitch can be effectively controlled with the axial orientation cusp,making the thread rolling die decreases from 50 mm to 35 mm in width,reducing the cost of raw materials in thread rolling die fabrication,and improving the grinding efficiency of subsequent grinding process;the axial orientation cusp is suitable for batch production with simple process,convenient and efficient production.The cost of production is low.
