摘要:为提高纱线质量、降低纱线捻度不匀,分析锭子的性能、润滑、振动及与筒管的配合和锭子的传动系统对锭速的影响等问题。表明:纱线捻度不匀造成纱线强力弱环对整经、织造等后道工序的生产和成品质量影响很大;纱线捻度由细纱机前罗拉转速和锭子转速决定,锭速受锭子的机械性能、运行状态及其传动系统影响,造成实际锭速和工艺设计锭速相差很大,从而导致纱线捻度不匀;列出生产过程中因锭子使用年限及要求,清洁工作,回丝,死锭带等运行状态而影响纱线捻度的问题。指出:锭速不匀是造成纱线捻度不匀最主要的原因,锭子的机械性能和相关的传动部件都会影响锭速,应从相应的技术和维护管理方面入手,实现稳定锭速、降低纱线捻度不匀,使产品质量进一步提升。

The Influence of Spindle Running State on Irregularity of Yarn Twist

Abstract:To improve yarn quality with less yarn twist irregularity,analysis is done to the impact of spindle speed from spindle performance,spindle lubrication,spindle vibration,bobbin coordination and the transmission system.It shows that poor yarn strength caused by yarn twist irregularity has big impact on production and product quality of warping,weaving and other following processes.Yarn twist depends mainly on the speed of the front roller and spindle while spindle speed depends on mechanical performance,operation state and transmission system,resulting in the big difference of the actual speed from the nominated speed,and yarn twist irregularity.Some problems are listed such as the factors of the service life of the spindle and the requirements,cleaning work,waste,dead spindle belt,which might impact yarn twist.It is pointed out that the spindle speed is the major factor resulting in yarn twist irregularity while the mechanical performance and related transmission parts affect speed of the spindle.Something must be done in technology and maintenance to stabilize spindle speed and reduce yarn twist irregularity so that the quality of products be further improved.
