下一代细纱技术创新点剖析

摘要:为推动环锭细纱机技术发展,从整机架构、加捻卷绕机构、牵伸装置架构及附加集聚纺纱装置方面介绍NGST环锭细纱机的创新点;详细论述了锭子升降式加捻卷绕与钢领升降加捻卷绕、锭子单龙带多电机同步驱动与锭子分组龙带驱动、锭子升降级升驱动与平衡、锭子集体润滑系统、锭位间不带隔纱板、NGD牵伸装置、中罗拉钳口驱动、下罗拉固定中心距、上罗拉定位器、上销工艺插件、固定压力和加压座的摇架、两侧连体钢板罗拉座、10锭一节罗拉、下罗拉轴承支承和绿色集聚纺等方面的创新内容。通过对该技术的多个单项技术结构在国内企业应用的可行性进行了简单判断,提出:下一代细纱(NGST)技术引导和推动环锭细纱机技术的进一步发展,其工艺结构和专件、器材的应用与管理新理念值得国内同行学习借鉴;但NGST技术对制约环锭细纱机优质、高产、低耗和高牵伸能力的因素无突破,也未对细纱信息化、自动化及智能化操作与管理进行有效推动,真正意义的“下一代细纱技术”应在技术、经济与管理方面有质和(或)量的进步。

Analysis of the Tech-innovation Strengths of the SpinningTechnology of Next Generation

Abstract:In order to promote the development of ring spinning technology,introduction is made to the techinnovation strengths of the spinning technology of next generation including the overall structure,twisting and winding mechanisms,drafting device structure and additional compact spinning device.Details introduction is made to the innovation strengths on spindlelifting-like twisting and winding mechanism,ring lifting-like twisting and winding mechanism,multi motor synchronous driven spindles with single tangential belt,separated motor driven spindles,spindle lifting block balance system,spindle collective lubrication system,spindles without separating plate,NGD drawing device,a middle roller jaw,driving roller fixed on the roller center distance,locator,pin plug,pressure and compression process of fixed seat,on both sides of the cradle connecting plate roller seat,10 spindle section rollers,roller bearing and green compact spinning device.The domestic application of the technology item by item finds the simple fact that the spinning technology of next generation can be a guide and promotion of the further development of ring spinning technology,the new ideas with the process and structure of parts and accessories application and management worths promotion as reference for domestic counterparts.There are some factors still handicapping the development of the next generation spinning technology in high quality,high yield,low consumption and high drafting capacity.There is no marked promotion on the operation and management of spinning with information,intelligence and automation.The genuine spinning technology of next generation should make further progress both in quantity and quality.
