论纱线质量与控制

摘要：为了指导企业制定合理的纱线质量指标，对纱线质量指标及乌斯特公报进行正确解读，并从原材料控制、工艺过程控制和不稳定因素控制3方面详细分析控制纱线质量的要点，重点分析棉纤维的自然性状、加工性状及其选取与选配方法，提出工艺设计和控制的3个理念和3个原则。指出：纱线质量应以适应织物的要求及最终使用性能为标准，不能盲目追求乌斯特公报水平，综合认识纱线质量涵义，才能制定合理的质量目标；正确解读原料指标对质量的影响，合理选用适宜的纺纱原料；根据原料特性和产品需求制定加工工艺，工艺设计控制要树立全局理念、精准控制理念和稳定控制理念；工艺控制应遵循渐进原则、保护原则和效率原则。

Abstract:To guide enterprises to develop yarn quality index wisely and have a correct interpretation of the yarn quality index in Uster report,essentials controlling yarn quality are given from the raw material control,process control and unstable factors in details in controlling yarn quality.Highlighted analysis is given of the natural cotton fiber traits,processing traits and selection method,3 ideas and 3 principles are given as to the process design and control.It is pointed out that yarn quality should regard the weaving requirements and end use performance as the standard,and blind pursuit of Uster yarn quality index is not invited.Only by comprehensive understanding of the yarn quality index can ideal quality objectives be formed.Correct interpretation of raw materials index on quality and rational selection of raw materials suitable for spinning are both important.Proccess design should be made according to the characteristics of raw materials and the product requirements.Design of process control should be based on overall situation and precise plus stable control process.Processes should follow the principles of gradualness,protection and efficiency.
