摘要:为了降低应用瑞士罗卡斯机械式磁性集聚纺装置改造环锭细纱机的成本,分析该装置原装进口胶辊性能要求,从上罗拉轴承选择、铝衬管选择、套制和磨砺方面介绍WRC-365型铝衬管胶辊的制作要求,并与进口胶辊进行纺CJ 14.6 T tex纱条干指标和使用周期对比。表明:使用WRC-365型铝衬管胶辊替代罗卡斯机械式磁性集聚纺装置用原装进口胶辊,纱线结构紧密且成纱毛羽少、强力高,改造费用低,有利于企业降本增效;纺优质棉纱应该选用直径为30.5 mm~28.0 mm胶辊,普通环锭纺胶辊回磨周期长达6个月~7个月,应用效果良好。

Application of Aluminium-lined Cot WRC-365 in Roccas Compact Spinning Device

Abstract:To reduce the cost of application of the Roccas spinning device with mechanical magnetic from Swiss,analysis is done to the original equipped cots wit the performance.Introduction is made to the manufacturing cautions in producing aluminium-lined cot WRC-365 from selection of the top roller bearing,the aluminum liner,the telescoping and regrinding processes.Tiral spinning of yarn CJ 14.6 T tex against the imported products regarding the evenness and the service cycle proves that use of the aluminum-lined cots WRC-365 instead of the original equipped cots on the mechanical Roccas magnetic compact spinning device produces yarn,which is compact in yarn structure,has less yarn hairiness.The strength is high and modification cost is low.This is helpful for enterprises to lower cost and gain more efficiency.When spinning quality cotton yarn,cots with diameter about 30.5 mm~28.0 mm while the ordinary ring spinning cots,the regrinding cycle is as long as 6~7 months,the application effect being good.
