现代一体化集中加工工艺的发展探讨

摘要：为提高纺织机械专配件自动化生产效率，满足自动化装配零件一致性要求，介绍了纺织机械零件制造特点及自动化制造实施中存在问题；以轴承座为例，探讨了提升其质量一致性的途径，分析其加工工艺及提高加工质量存在的核心问题，通过利用纵切设备克服分散工艺多次定位、多次装夹等缺陷，完成加工自动化。指出：提高零件加工质量一致性，应做好工艺改进，实施一体化集中工艺加工，形成完善的质量保证体系，才能提高零件稳定性，保证装配品质。

Abstract:To improve the automatic production efficiency of textile machinery special parts,meet the consistency requirements of automatic assembly of parts,introduction is made to the the textile machinery parts regarding manufacturing characteristics and the problems therewith in automation manufacturing,taking the bearing seat as an example,approaching is made into ways to improve the quality consistency,analysis is made to,the core issues in the machining process and quality improve ment.To complete processing automation,slitting equipment is used instead of the dispersion process of repeatedly positioning with multiple clamping defects.It is pointed out that to improve the consistency of parts processing quality,it is necessary to improve the quality of parts and ensure the assembly quality by improving the process,implementing integrated centralized machining and forming a perfect quality guarantee system.
