尖底大承载铝套管锭子的设计

为了满足纺纱企业对锭子能耗及承载能力的高要求,介绍尖底大承载铝套管锭子的结构及关键零件弹性管、锭底、吸振圈簧的设计,阐述铝杆盘结合件和锭座结合件的主要组成及安装要领,分析

摘要:为了满足纺纱企业对锭子能耗及承载能力的高要求,介绍尖底大承载铝套管锭子的结构及关键零件弹性管、锭底、吸振圈簧的设计,阐述铝杆盘结合件和锭座结合件的主要组成及安装要领,分析并测试弹簧管材质、螺距和壁厚等对其刚度、弹性的影响,从而对弹性管进行优化设计。结果表明:优化后弹性管的承载能力较优化前大幅提高;在高速满纱时,优化后锭子振程较优化前小,成套锭子整体性能较优化前更加稳定。

Design of the Sharp bottom Heavy Loaded Alu bushed Spindle

AbstractTo meet the demand of high energy consumption and load capacity of spinning spindles,introduction is made to the sharp-bottom heavy loaded alu-bushed spindle regarding the spindle structure and design of the key parts including the elastic tube,spindle base,and vibration absorbing ring spring.Description is done to the integral of aluminum rod and plate,and integral of spindle seat with the main installation cautions.Analysis and test are done of spring tube material,effect of pitch and thickness on rigidity and elasticity,so as to optimize the design of the elastic tube.The results show that the optimized elastic tube is greatly improved,and in the high speed with full bobbin yarn,the optimized spindle vibration range is markedly reduced than that before.The overall performance is more stable as compared with that before the optimization.
