摘要:为了适应剑杆织机传动系统高效直驱、节能低耗的发展要求,介绍剑杆织机运行特性、性能要求,以及国内外剑杆织机用电机的发展趋势,分析开关磁阻电机的结构及特点,研发设计出高启动转矩的开关磁阻电机驱动系统,采用开、闭环自动切换技术和位置预分技术,解决直驱式剑杆织机的快速启动、慢速寻纬等关键技术,实现剑杆织机的直接驱动。对731型剑杆织机进行基于该系统的直驱改造,并进行实际应用。结果表明:基于开关磁阻电机驱动系统的剑杆织机,减少传动链,实现织机直驱;具有织造织物质量高、智能自动化水平高、可靠性高、高效节能等优点。

Design and Application of Direct Driven Motors with Switched Reluctance of Rapier Loom

Abstract: To conform with the requirement of the rapier loom driving system with high direct drive and low energy consumption,introduction is given to the operation characteristics and performance of the rapier loom,as well as the domestic and foreign motor development trend.Analysis is done to the structure and characteristics of the motor with switched reluctance.A new driving system of motors with switched reluctance is introduced with high starting torque,adopting automatic switching technology with the open and closed loop and pre positioning technology.The key technology with the direct driven rapier loom with quick start and slow weft seeking is introduced.The rapier loom 731 is modified on the basis of the direct driven system.The results show that rapier looms based on the direct driving with switched reluctance is of high quality,high intelligent and automation high reliability, high efficiency and energy saving.
