略谈锭子夹纱装置

摘要：为了满足细纱机集体落纱的要求，节省人工、降低成本，介绍3种带自动清理废纱装置的锭子，即：带零卷绕装置的锭子、带龙牙装置的锭子以及机械式夹纱器锭子；详细阐述其结构、工作原理、纱线夹持方式、割纱方式及安装固定方式，并分析带夹纱装置锭子的优缺点。指出：带夹纱装置的锭子能够在保证长车集体落纱的情况下，自动清理废纱，进一步提高生产效率，降低生产成本。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of the collective doffing operation with labor saving and cost reduction,introduction is given to the three spindles characterized as waste yarn autocleaning device,namely spindles with zero winding device,spindles with barbed device and spindles with mechanical clamping device.Details introduction is made to the structures,working principle,yarn clamping mode,cutting mode,and fixing method.The competitive edge with the spindles with climping device is given.It is pointed out that spindles with clamping device can ensure automatic cleaning of waste yarn for the long spinning frame with collective doffing,further improving the productivity with less cost.
