摘要:为了确保竹节纱织物风格一致,提高打样合格率,阐述了竹节纱打样的必要性和基本要求,探讨了样品分析的基本方法及竹节长度、粗度、节距、平均纱号、基纱纱号等规格参数的确定,分析了生产中对样方法及其影响因素。指出:打样是满足客户要求、确保竹节纱与来样风格一致的必要工序;样品分析是打样的前提和关键,取样的方法直接决定了分析的结果,要准确对样、适当调整工艺参数;建议客户送样时确保足够多且足够大,能够包含竹节纱的全部规律,以提高面料分析的准确性,从而减少打样次数,提高打样效率及合格率。

Probing into Prototyping Technology of Slub Yarn

Abstract:In order to ensure the consistent style of slub yarn fabric,improving prototyping yield,description is made to the necessity of prototyping of the slub yarn and the basic requirement.Probing is done into prototyping basic method of the prototyped product and the length of slub yarn,courseness,slub pitch,average yarn number,base yarn number,and determination of specification parameters.Analysis is done also to the production of sample proof method and its influence factors.It is pointed out that prototyping is a must to meet customer requirements,ensuring slub yarn in consistent with the necessary process in style.Sampling analysis is the premise and the key of the prototyping.Method of sampling directly determines the analysis results accurately on the sample.It is necessary to do proofing and appropriate adjustment of process parameters.It is suggested that clients send samples enough in number and quantity,which can contain varieties of the slub yarn,in order to improve the accuracy of fabric analysis,reducing prototyping frequency, improving the prototyping efficiency and qualified rate.
