调整落物率落棉率的梳理方式利弊分析

摘要:为了提高棉条质量,分析了调整清梳联清棉机落物率和精梳机落棉率两种方式的利弊;通过试验对比数据,说明在前纺清梳联、梳棉、精梳工序增加落物率和落棉率以提高棉层、棉条质量,不仅造成成本加大,且超出一定范围后并不能达到提高精梳棉条质量的效果。指出,提高落物率和落棉率以提升棉条质量,得不偿失;需要制定并严格控制原料质量控制、梳理器材、生产环境、工艺调整等相关标准;要从梳理器材的型号、规格、制造精度和梳理工艺进行控制,才是合理控制梳理成本、提高梳理效率和梳理效果的关键。

The Analysis of Advantages and Disadvantages of Carding Process with Adjustment of Noil Rate

Abstract:In order to improve quality of cotton sliver,analysis is done to the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of carding process with adjustment of waste rate, comparing test proves that in fore spinning process,the blowing-carding combination, carding and combing processes improve quality of sheet and cotton sliver through the increase of the waste rate,causing cost increase,yet when a certain range exceeded,it goes the opposite and can not improve the combed sliver quality.It is pointed out that the loss of improving the quality of sliver though increase of the noil rate outweighs the gain.The relevant norms is needed including strictly control the quality of raw materials,carding accessories,production environment,process adjustment.Control should be starts with the types of carding accessories,specifications,manufacturing precision and the carding process.Only by doing so,can carding cost be reasonably controlled with high combing efficiency and good carding effect.
