我国纺织器材行业发展的建议

摘要：为探讨经济新常态下纺织器材行业的持续发展问题，提出视野要宽、起点要高、基础要好的建议；分析纺织器材制造工艺、材料应用的创新及与世界先进技术水平的差距，指出：纺织器材行业应明晰地了解和判断自身的发展定位,重视人的因素，加强管理，激发员工的积极性与创新活力，扎实行动，才能持续发展。

  Abstract:In order to probe into the problem of sustainable development of China textile  accessories industry under the new economic norm,suggestions is put forth including wide  vision，high starting point and good understructure.Analysis is done to the innovation of textile accessories manufacturing process,and materials application as well as the gap between the same and that of the world advanced technology.Conclusion is made that textile accessories industry should clearly understand and judge its own development orientation.Only through the reinforcement of the importance of human factors,and the management,and stimulation of the enthusiasm and creativity of employees with concrete action,can sustainable development be held.
