摘要:为了提高卷绕凸轮沟槽廓线精度,通过对曲线拟合与光顺方法进行分析,提出了一种基于Pro/Import DataDoctor模块的凸轮廓线光顺处理方法。该方法首先根据曲线的曲率图确定其待光顺区域,然后利用图形编辑功能实现对域内型值点进行动态修正,交互实现曲线的光顺处理。实践证明:该交互光顺方法操作便捷,光顺效果好,应用性强。

The Research of the Curve Fairing and NC Machining of the Winding Cam Profile

Abstract:Through the analysis of the curve fitting and fairing process,a method of curve fairing based on Pro/Import DataDoctor is introduced,which decides the curve fairing section according to the curvature graph of curves with the help of artificial interaction,and then modify the position of the curve consecutive data point.As a result,the local faired curve can be obtained.The practical application proves that this faring method has several merits including the easy and convenient operation,quite satisfactory effects,high viability and practicability.
