细纱机集落抓管器损坏原因及解决办法

摘要：为了解决细纱机集落装置抓管器损坏频繁且数量大的问题，介绍了抓管器的作用、损坏形式与受力情况；分析了抓管器损坏的原因并提出解决办法；指出抓管器损坏的原因主要是设备维护、保养不及时或集落系统出现故障后未能及时解决造成的，应重视设备管理，以减少设备故障次数和停台率。

作者简介：陈小辉(1986—)，男，甘肃天水人，助理工程师，主要从事纺织工艺、纺织机械方面的研究。 Abstract: In order to find the solution to the frequent damage of the tube collector on the spinning frame，introduction is made to the tube picker as to the application， damage mode and the force exerted. Analysis is done to the cause and the solution of the damage of the tube picker. It is pointed out that the main cause resulting in the picker damage is due to untimely equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. It is necessary to lay importance to equipment management to avoid equipment troubles and equipment shutdowns.
