摘要:为了满足涡流纺纱企业对高质量胶圈的需求,简述涡流纺纱技术的发展概况,分析大牵伸、高速、高温纺纱环境下涡流纺胶圈使用存在问题、技术研发方向及实施策略,结合弱捻纱、毛羽纱等纺纱问题与胶圈的相关性,研发出可量产的JYAV01型涡流纺胶圈。通过对比其与进口某型胶圈在不同品种的纺纱质量,指出:JYAV01型涡流纺胶圈成纱质量优良,可用于替代进口;纺织器材企业应紧跟纺纱技术发展,对现有产品进行升级换代,满足纺企提质降本增效的需求。

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of vortex spinning enterprises for highquality aprons,the developmental general situation of vortex spinning technology is briefly described,the using existing problems,the direction of technology research and the implementation strategy of the vortex spinning apron under the large draft,high speed and high temperature spinning environment are analyzed.Combined with the correlation between spinning problems such as soft twist yarn and hairiness yarn etc., and apron,JYAV01 vortex spinning apron with mass production is developed.By comparing the spinning quality of JYAV01 vortex spinning apron with that of an imported apron in different varieties yarn,it is pointed out that JYAV01 vortex spinning apron has excellent yarn quality and can be used to replace imported apron.Textile accessories enterprises should keep up with the development of spinning technology and upgrade existing products to meet the needs of textile enterprises to improve quality,reduce costs and increase efficiency.
