溢流式纤维水洗机的改进

Abstract:In order to improve the washing treatment effect of Lyocell fiber in spinning production line，the functional characteristics and washing requirements of Lyocell fiber are introduced.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the immersion fiber washing machine，the spray fiber washing machine and the overflow fiber washing machine，the applicability of these machines is determined，and the improvement measures and precautions for overflow fiber washing machine are proposed.It is pointed out that the overflow fiber washing machine is more suitable for Lyocell fiber.After the washing plate material of the overflow fiber washing machine is changed from polypropylene to 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel，the environmental adaptability and service life of the washing machine are improved，the washing effect is good，and no abnormality is found after using for two years，but it needs regular maintenance.
