自适应假捻装置结构特征及其成纱性能

摘要:为了解决传统环锭纺假捻装置假捻力作用方向与纱条运动方向相垂直,造成条干恶化问题,依据假捻纺纱技术与压纱载荷理论设计一种自适应假捻装置。通过对照性纺纱实验,对比不同方案所纺假捻纱的性能、湿扭结数、条干、毛羽及强伸指标与环锭纺原纱的变化,分析原因并优选自适应假捻组件与纱条的接触形式、假捻盘转速、张力盘的配重等工艺参数。结果表明:采用自适应假捻装置优选与纱条的接触形式,合理控制张力盘质量和假捻盘转速,能得到最优的纺纱效果;与传统环锭纺纱相比,当自适应假捻装置的假捻盘转速为1000 r/min、张力盘质量为3 g时,所纺纱线的3 mm有害毛羽数降低约22.7%,强力和伸长率分别提高约7.2%和4.7%,湿扭结数降低约28.0%,条干CV值降低约1.8%,粗节有所改善,细节、棉结无明显变化。

Structural Characteristics and Yarn Performance of Adaptive False Twist Device

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the direction of action of false twist force of false twist device is perpendicular to the movement direction of yarn,which causes the deterioration of yarn evenness in traditional ring spinning,an adaptive false twist device is designed based on false twist spinning technology and yarn pressing load theory.Through the comparative spinning experiment,the changes of properties,number of wet snarling,evenness,hairiness,strength and extension property of false twist yarn spun with different schemes are compared with those of ring spinning yarn.The reasons are analyzed and the process parameters such as contact form between adaptive false twist component and yarn,rotational speed of navel and counterweight of tension disc are selected.The results show that the optimum spinning effect can be obtained by using adaptive false twist device to optimize the contact form with yarn,and controlling the weight of tension disc and the speed of navel reasonably.Compared with traditional ring spinning,when the rotational speed of navel is 1000 r/min and the weight of the tension disc is 3 g of the adaptive false twist device,the harmful hairiness with the length 3 mm and above is reduced by 22.7%,the strength and elongation are increased by 7.2% and 4.7% respectively,the number of wet snarling is reduced by 28.0%,the CV value of evenness is re-duced by 1.8%,the nubs is improved,and fine ends and neps have no obvious change.
