离心纺丝电锭设计分析

摘要:为了提高纺丝产质量,降低生产成本,以SFDO2型电锭电动机和GD型纺丝电锭为例,详述离心纺丝电锭设计要求;从离心罐和电锭电动机两方面对比分析SFDO2型电锭电动机和GD型纺丝电锭的结构特点,提出SFDO2型电锭电动机存在问题与改进方向。指出:离心纺丝电锭应满足可靠性、稳定性、高效率、操作简单和维修保养方便的设计要求;应选用抗拉强度高且不易变形的耐腐蚀合成材料确保其使用寿命;减小偏心距以有效提高电锭运转稳定性;及时补充轴承润滑脂,可减少机械磨损,延长电锭使用寿命。

Design and Analysis of Centrifugal Spinning Electrical Spindle

Abstract:In order to improve the yield and quality of spinning,and reduce production cost,taking SFDO2 electrical spindle motor and GD spinning electrical spindle as examples,the design requirements of centrifugal spinning electrical spindle are described in detail;the structure characteristics of SFDO2 electrical spindle motor and GD spinning electrical spindle are compared from two aspects of centrifugal tank and electrical spindle motor,and the problems and improvement directions of SFDO2 electrical spindle motor are put forward.It is pointed out that the centrifugal spinning electrical spindle should meet the design requirements of reliability,stability,high efficiency,simple operation and convenient maintenance.Corrosion-resistant synthetic materials with high tensile strength and no deformation should be selected to ensure the service life;the eccentricity should be reduced to effectively improve the running stability of electrical spindle.Timely addition of bearing grease can reduce mechanical wear and prolong the service life of electrical spindle.
