钢领钢丝圈的选配和应用

Abstract:In order to make good use of ring and traveler，and stabilize and improve yarn quality，the development status of ring and traveler are described in detail.Taking spinning pure cotton 27.8 tex+4.4 tex spandex core-spun yarn and spinning common carding 14.6 tex compact yarn as examples，the points and importance of reasonable selection of ring and traveler are illustrated.The influence of cleaner gauge，equipment base，process spindle speed curve，temperature and humidity on the stable operation of traveler is analyzed.It is pointed out that the“four concentric”of spindle，ring，guide hook and balloon ring is the necessary condition for stable balloon shape and high speed running of traveler.Rational selection of ring and traveler，and strengthening equipment management are the basis to achieve high speed and high yield；reasonable spindle speed curve and traveler replacement cycle are the stabilizer for spinning frame to achieve high quality and high yield.
